Every Southern Charm scoop is packed by hand with care and attention. Because each order is individually curated, please allow time for us to do it right.
Processing Times
All orders are hand-packed to order. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:
Standard Scoop Orders Typical processing: 5–10 business days.
Scoop Orders with Video Typical processing: 10–21 business days. Includes time for filming, editing, and uploading your unboxing video before shipment.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume. Current processing time estimates are always listed on our homepage and take precedence over the general estimates above.
Shipping Time
Shipping carrier delivery times begin only after your order has completed processing. Carrier delivery times are separate from processing times and are not guaranteed. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly so we can get your surprises to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Once an order has begun processing it cannot be cancelled or modified. We are unable to accept cancellations due to processing time alone — please review our current processing times before placing your order.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped, and orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged due to carrier error after handoff, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
