Because every Southern Charm scoop is a one-of-a-kind mystery box, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any orders. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days at southerncharmscoops@gmail.com if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include photos of the damage and your order number so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
